Meditation

In the Tibetan language, the word for meditation is ‘gom'. It means to familiarise, or to know. Therefore, to meditate is to know yourself and appreciate your true essence.

Meditation is simply putting aside the conscious analytical mind, and accessing the hidden unconscious mind.

I provide group and personal meditation sessions. It is a fun, enlightening and a great way to get to know parts of you that you may not even know existed. Be prepared for some of the side effects of meditation, which include:

  • feeling deliriously happy for no good reason

  • finding yourself wearing a silly grin on your face

  • feeling a deep sense of peace

  • healthy and stabilised blood pressure

  • better health overall

  • your friends and family commenting on how young and vibrant you look
